When can I expect delivery of my shipment?

All orders ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days of placing your order. Delivery takes 4-12 business days from shipping date depending on carrier availability and location. We regret that delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or if the delay in transit is caused by the carrier.

What countries do you ship to?

How can I change my delivery address?

An address change is only allowed until 11:00 p.m. (PDT, -7 GMT) on the day of the order. You can contact us at info@luxuryglow.shop to request such changes.

Can I ship to an address other than my card billing address?

If that's possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on normal business days, excluding holidays. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
