Refund Policy

You have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

In order to request a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase receipt.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hygiene products or that have been in direct contact with a person, hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases.

If a product has arrived defective, it is necessary to send photos or videos showing the defects of the product.

Important: The customer will bear the shipping costs if he wishes to return a product for personal reasons.

The company is not responsible for customs and transportation delays, as well as incidents after delivery.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the sender, to the address from which the shipment was made. The return address will be provided by the team once the returns process has started.

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape or vinyl record that has been opened

Sale items (if applicable)

 Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to info@luxuryglow.shop

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift was ordered later, we will refund the gift and ask if you returned it.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
